By "painter" you mean a qualified person, or someone that
just know what is paint&brush and maybe he'll help ;)

Write to polish newsgroups with "praca"(work) in it.
How to realize: you will cover all the costs of transport,
work, and give shelter to the worker. Easy. :)
Anyhow, I think that hiring a painter in Holland is cheaper
than importing one;) from Poland. Do your math ;)
